Which Tesla models can I contact you about?
We invite Model 3 and Model Y owners to contact us about collision and exterior body damage. For Model S, Model X, Cybertruck, or another type of work, call first so we can confirm whether the requested scope is a fit.
Can you estimate the repair from photos?
Photos help us understand visible damage and plan the next step. Any photo-based estimate is preliminary. The final repair plan may change after inspection or disassembly reveals hidden damage.
Do you work with insurance claims?
We can help document visible damage and communicate during estimate and repair authorization. Coverage, deductible, parts decisions, and approvals depend on your policy and insurer.
Is a car wash included after an insurance-claim repair?
Yes. After Calibri Motorsport completes an insurance-claim collision repair, we include a complimentary exterior wash before pickup when the vehicle and completed repair are suitable for washing. It is a Calibri courtesy, not an insurance benefit, and has no cash value.
What if scanning or calibration is needed?
The need for diagnostics or calibration is determined from the vehicle and repair plan. If it may be required, we explain the recommended next step and how it will be handled before authorization.
Is my Tesla safe to drive after a collision?
We cannot determine that from the website. If you see warning messages, leaking fluid, tire or wheel damage, loose body parts, damaged lights, or anything that feels unsafe, do not drive it. Call us to discuss the next step.
