Depending on the request, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, vehicle year, make, model, mileage, driveable status, damage or symptom details, pickup location, preferred destination, insurance context, and photographs.

Do not upload payment-card information, identity documents, insurance-policy documents, or information that is not needed for the request.

Information collected automatically

Only after you select “Allow measurement,” Google Analytics and Google and OpenAI Ads conversion measurement may collect device and browser information, pages viewed, referring page, interactions, and advertising attribution parameters such as UTM, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, or OpenAI’s opaque referral identifier (oppref). Advertising personalization remains disabled. If you choose “Essential only,” these measurement tools are not loaded and optional attribution is not attached to forms. Essential security logs may include network information needed to prevent abuse.

Consented advertising attribution is stored in this browser for up to 90 days so a later request can retain its first and most recent campaign context. It is removed when it expires or when you choose “Essential only.”

For consented conversion measurement, contact identifiers may be normalized and converted to one-way SHA-256 hashes before being sent to OpenAI; raw email addresses and phone numbers are not included in those conversion events. The form itself is still delivered privately to Calibri Motorsport so the team can respond.

When form protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser, device, and network signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. The security check does not receive the contact or vehicle details entered in the form.

Information may be used to respond to requests, confirm a service next step, communicate about a vehicle, maintain operational records, secure and improve the website, measure marketing performance, and meet applicable obligations.

How information is disclosed

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, private form and photo storage, customer communications, analytics, advertising attribution, call tracking, or lead management. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when you direct the shop to communicate with an insurer or another party.

Calibri Motorsport does not publish submitted photographs or contact details through the website.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, operational records, security, and applicable legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can allow, decline, or later withdraw optional website measurement through the “Privacy choices” control in the site footer. Withdrawing the choice reloads the page so previously loaded measurement tools stop running.
