Website content is general information. It is not a vehicle diagnosis, safety determination, final estimate, repair authorization, insurance decision, or warranty.

Preliminary requests and estimates

Photographs and form details help Calibri Motorsport review visible conditions and plan a next step. A photo-based response is preliminary. Inspection, disassembly, parts verification, insurer review, or other findings may change the proposed scope, timing, and cost.

Repair work begins only under the authorization and documents applicable to the specific vehicle. If website content conflicts with a signed estimate, authorization, or repair order, the signed transaction document controls.

ADAS calibration

ADAS calibration is a paid service and may be separately estimated and authorized as a standalone operation or within a collision or insurance repair. Calibri reviews every insurance-claim repair for calibration requirements, but that review does not mean every vehicle, sensor, module, camera, radar unit, or lighting system receives the same procedure. The installed equipment, affected components, completed work, prerequisites, supported tooling, and applicable manufacturer service information determine the scope.

When included in an insurance repair, Calibri may document the applicable calibration operation in an estimate or supplement, but does not guarantee insurer coverage or payment. Calibri is an independent repair facility; references to vehicle manufacturers identify vehicles and procedures and do not imply manufacturer affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or certification.

Complimentary post-repair wash

The complimentary exterior wash described on this site applies after Calibri Motorsport completes an insurance-claim collision repair and when the vehicle and completed repair are suitable for washing. It is provided by Calibri Motorsport, not an insurer; it does not affect coverage, the deductible, claim approval, or other customer-responsible amounts, and has no cash or substitute value. The applicable repair order and final invoice control.

Collision Concierge benefits

Complimentary towing may be available only with a qualifying Calibri collision repair and confirmation before dispatch. Service area, mileage, timing, access, vehicle condition, destination, equipment needs, storage, impound, recovery, after-hours service, and third-party charges may limit eligibility or create a customer cost. A tow arranged without Calibri’s advance confirmation is not promised reimbursement.

A complimentary Calibri loaner vehicle may be available for an eligible repair by advance reservation. Fleet availability, driver eligibility, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, a separate signed vehicle-use agreement, mileage, fuel or charging, tolls, citations, damage, additional-driver, and return conditions apply. Vehicle type and continuous availability are not guaranteed.

These are Calibri courtesies, not insurer-provided benefits, deductible credits, rental or towing coverage, reimbursements, or cash alternatives. Eligibility and availability are confirmed for each repair.

Insurance-claim assistance

With the vehicle owner’s permission, Calibri may help organize the factual accident and claim information the owner provides, complete repair-related forms with the owner, prepare and explain Calibri’s estimates and supplements, coordinate inspections, and communicate with the assigned insurer about documented repair-scope questions and status.

Calibri does not determine or guarantee liability, policy coverage, deductible, parts approval, rental or towing benefits, total-loss status, settlement, payment, or claim approval. Calibri does not act as the customer’s insurer, insurance agent, public adjuster, or law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent the customer in a coverage dispute. The owner reviews and submits their information and separately authorizes the repair and every added charge.

Safety and emergencies

The website is not an emergency service. Call 911 for injury, fire, leaking fuel, or immediate roadway danger. Do not rely on website content to decide that a damaged vehicle is safe to drive.

Your submissions

Provide accurate request information and upload only photographs or materials you are permitted to share. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, payment information, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, branding, and original media are owned by Calibri Motorsport or used with permission and may not be commercially reproduced without authorization.

Links to maps, reviews, video, insurers, or other services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
