A more useful intake

Modern EV body damage still needs a vehicle-specific plan.

Longstanding collision experience provides the discipline to document damage carefully, inspect before promising a final scope, and explain each authorization. It does not replace Rivian-specific procedures, parts information, diagnostics, or the facts of the individual vehicle.

01

R1T, R1S & R2

Share the exact model, year, affected area, warning messages, drivability, and claim status. Future R3 and R3X requests can be reviewed as those vehicles reach customers.

02

Collision & exterior damage

Photograph the full affected side, damaged panels, lamps, wheels, glass, and any loose or displaced exterior parts.

03

Insurance communication

Provide the insurer, claim number or status, existing estimate, and any assigned adjuster information.

04

Hidden-damage inspection

A final repair plan may change after an in-person inspection or disassembly reveals conditions that photographs cannot show.

05

Diagnostics & calibration planning

If scanning, calibration, or another outside procedure may be required, we explain how it will be handled before the related work is authorized.

06

EV safety context

Tell us about warning messages, unusual odors, heat, leaking fluid, wheel damage, or anything that makes the vehicle feel unsafe. Do not drive a vehicle that may be unsafe.

Original Calibri photography

Longstanding repair experience—shown through real Calibri work.

These original shop photographs document collision work on modern electric and premium vehicles. They support Calibri’s broader body-repair experience without overstating the number or scope of past Rivian repairs.

How the request moves

Evidence first. A vehicle-specific next step second.

  1. 01

Send the vehicle and damage details

Add clear photographs, the exact Rivian model and year, drivability, warning messages, and insurance context.

  2. 02

    Confirm whether the request fits

The team reviews the visible condition and explains whether an in-person inspection is the appropriate next step.

  3. 03

    Inspect, plan, and authorize

Repair scope, parts, diagnostics, outside procedures, timing, and insurer decisions are confirmed for the individual vehicle before related work proceeds.

Clear scope

Independent shop. No Rivian certification is claimed.

Calibri Motorsport is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or presented as a Rivian Certified Collision Center. Depending on the vehicle and repair plan, some operations may require Rivian or an appropriately qualified outside provider. We explain that before authorization.

Photo-first intake

Start a Rivian collision request

Upload up to five photographs and include the exact model, affected area, warning messages, drivability, and claim status. A photo review is preliminary and does not replace an in-person inspection.

Photo estimates are preliminary. Final cost and repair scope may change after inspection, disassembly, parts verification, or insurer authorization.

Useful answers

Before you request service

Which Rivian models can I contact you about?

We accept collision and exterior-damage inquiries for R1T, R1S, and R2. We also welcome future R3 and R3X inquiries as those vehicles reach customers, with scope confirmed for each vehicle.

Are you claiming extensive Rivian-specific repair history?

No. The strength described here is Calibri Motorsport’s accumulated collision and body-repair experience across many premium, performance, and electric vehicles. Every Rivian request is reviewed individually.

Are you a Rivian Certified Collision Center?

No Rivian certification, authorization, affiliation, or endorsement is claimed on this page. Calibri Motorsport is an independent repair business.

Can you estimate Rivian damage from photos?

Photographs help document visible damage and plan the next step. Any photo-based estimate is preliminary and may change after inspection, disassembly, parts verification, diagnostics, or insurer review.

Can you help with an insurance claim?

We can help document visible damage and communicate during estimate and repair authorization. Coverage, deductible, parts decisions, and approvals remain specific to the policy, insurer, vehicle, and repair plan.

What if diagnostics or calibration is required?

That need is determined from the vehicle and repair plan. If diagnostics, calibration, or an outside procedure may be required, we explain the recommended path and authorization before it proceeds.
